Our general OEM service processes

Situation one:

 

  •  Provide design drawing directly by customer
  •  Evaluated cost and completed time by R&D team
  •  Confirm with customer
  •  Start to make samples
  •  Complete samples and tested by our LAB
  •  Be qualified and delivery samples
  •  Get qualified feedback
  •   Place orders and provide packaging  requirement
  •   Arrange try production in small quantities  (Only for electronic products)
  •  Arrange for mass production and apply to  certification (May by customers)
  •  Quality checking and shipment
  •  After service tracking by Customer Service  Center

Situation two:

  •  Provide conception of products and  requirements by customer
  •  Evaluated and design from our design team
  •  Confirm with customer
  •  Start to make samples
  •  Complete samples and tested by our LAB
  •  Be qualified and delivery samples
  •  Get qualified feedback
  •  Place orders and provide packaging  requirement
  •  Arrange try production in small quantities (Only for electronic products)
  •  Arrange for mass production and apply to certification (May by customers)
  •  Quality checking and shipment
  •   After service tracking by Customer Service Center

Situation three:

  •  Make marketing research and analysis by marketing & sales center
  •  Design several products by product & design center
  •  Evaluated cost and completed time by R&D team
  •  Approved by marketing & sales center
  •  Start to make samples
  •  Complete samples and tested by LAB
  •  Make try production in small quantities
  •  Push these products to our customers
  •  Place orders and provide packaging requirement
  •  Arrange for mass production and apply for certification
  •  Quality checking and shipment
  •   After service tracking by Customer Service Center
